Annually we have Paella Day at Reyes Winery. This year we are celebrating Father’s Day with Paella. We do a mixed version with chicken, pork, fish and vegetables. Robert started making paella in the 1980’s with his childhood friend in Miami. He has created this recipe we feature this coming Sunday June 19, 2016 by choosing things he likes.
