**Terms and conditions**

By clicking submit, you acknowledge you are signing up to become a wine club member and are over the age of 21 years. An adult signature required for pick up/delivery. By signing you agree to purchase a minimum of four (4) Wine Club shipments. An Administration fee of $45.00 will be charged to accounts cancelled prior to fulfilling 4 shipment requirements. All cancellations must be received in writing. You agree to update Reyes Winery on any changes to your information. We will bill your credit card on a quarterly basis on or about March 1^st, June 1^st, Sept 1^st, and Dec 1^st. Please let us know if you need to change your order prior to billing your credit card, or we will ship our choice of wines for that period. Each shipment will include 3 bottles. Prior to your shipment, you will receive an email with details of the quarterly choices.
